Customers around the world really appreciate Kaspersky’s service and support performance. This emerged on Gartner Peer Insights, a vendor-neutral platform that allows customers to offer positive and negative feedback on the products they use, under the category of Endpoint Detection and Response Solutions.
Out of all vendors that received Customers’ Choice recognition on the platform, Kaspersky scored the highest with a rating of 4.9 out of 5 for the service and support components of their Endpoint Protection Platforms and their Endpoint Detection and Response products.
Even more impressively, Gartner Peer Insights observed that 97% of the 72 people who left feedback on the platform about Kaspersky’s Endpoint Detection and Response Solutions are willing to recommend the product to others.
Says Kaspersky in their press release, “This recognition validates features like the single EPP+EDR agent design, time-saving and assertive graphical user interface, cost efficiency, ease of management and easy integration, among others.”
This isn’t the first time Kaspersky has been recognised by end customers for their excellence: the company was also named Customers’ Choice for Endpoint Protection Platforms for three years in a row between 2017 and 2019, winning the Platinum award in 2017.
